AI Processing Disclosure

This disclosure explains how WAIT Launch Passport uses AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic while keeping deterministic evidence collection first.

Evidence-first AI use

WAIT uses deterministic scanners and rule-based checks to collect evidence first. AI may be used to summarize, explain, classify, or draft recommendations from evidence. AI does not replace your responsibility to review the report before acting on it.

Local and third-party processing

Some analysis can run without sending artifacts to third-party AI providers. Paid or enhanced report tiers may send selected prompts, report context, scan evidence, and project artifacts to commercial AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic when needed to provide the requested analysis.

No model training by WAIT

WAIT does not use customer submissions, artifacts, prompts, reports, ideas, outputs, code, screenshots, schemas, workflows, or support conversations to train or improve WAIT-owned models.

Provider model-training controls

WAIT will not opt customer data into third-party model training or improvement programs. Provider language should align with current official public statements: OpenAI states that API and business data is not used for model training by default, and Anthropic states that commercial/API customer data is not used to train generative models unless the customer chooses to participate in a development or training program.
