Confidentiality Terms
These confidentiality terms are intended to work like a site-wide NDA for customer project submissions, while still allowing WAIT to perform the Launch Passport, quote, handoff, rescue, and authorized repair work the customer requests.
NDA-style commitment
WAIT treats customer submissions as confidential information. This includes ideas, artifacts, compounds, prompts, code, screenshots, database evidence, workflows, product plans, business logic, founder claims, reports, and remediation materials.
No disclosure or reuse
WAIT will not share, sell, publish, copy, clone, reverse-engineer, train on, or use customer confidential information to create WAIT-owned or third-party competing products, except as needed to provide the service the customer requested.
Authorized service work
When a customer hires WAIT from a cleanup quote, rescue support request, handoff pack, or repair engagement, WAIT may use submitted materials for that authorized quote, repair, implementation, remediation, testing, documentation, or support work only.
Limited access
WAIT should limit access to customer confidential information to personnel, contractors, and subprocessors who need it to provide the requested service and who are bound by confidentiality or data-processing obligations.
Survival
These confidentiality obligations survive termination of a project, account, quote, report, or support engagement, subject to applicable law and lawful retention requirements.
