These terms explain how WAIT Launch Passport handles project submissions, reports, paid add-ons, quotes, confidentiality, and authorized repair work.
Use of WAIT Launch Passport
WAIT Launch Passport provides evidence-backed readiness reports, rescue guidance, handoff materials, quotes, and related support for AI-built software. Reports are based on the artifacts you provide and the scanners, rules, and review workflows available at the time of the scan.
Customer materials stay yours
You retain ownership of your ideas, code, artifacts, prompts, product plans, workflows, compounds, designs, business logic, screenshots, database evidence, reports, and other materials you submit. WAIT receives only the limited right to process those materials to provide the service you requested.
No copying or competing use
WAIT will not sell, share, publish, copy, clone, reverse-engineer, train on, or build competing products from customer submissions. WAIT will not use your confidential materials to make our own version of your idea, product, workflow, compound, codebase, or business.
Authorized repair and quote work
If you ask WAIT for a cleanup quote, handoff pack, rescue support, or repair engagement, WAIT may use your submitted materials only for that authorized quote, repair, remediation, implementation, or support work. That permission does not allow WAIT to reuse the materials for unrelated products or customers.
No legal, security, or launch warranty
WAIT reports are decision support, not legal advice, investment advice, security certification, compliance certification, or a guarantee that an application is safe to launch. You remain responsible for production decisions, legal review, security review, and operational controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts located in British Columbia, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory consumer or privacy law requires otherwise.
