Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how WAIT Launch Passport handles project data, artifacts, account data, billing data, support records, and report outputs under British Columbia and Canadian privacy expectations.
Information we collect
We collect account, organization, billing, support, project, artifact, scan, report, usage, and technical information that you provide or generate while using WAIT Launch Passport.
How we use information
We use information to provide Launch Passport reports, evidence processing, quotes, support, paid add-ons, billing, abuse prevention, security monitoring, product operations, and legal compliance. We do not use customer submissions to train or improve WAIT-owned models.
Canadian and BC privacy framing
WAIT is intended to handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law and British Columbia private-sector privacy expectations, including reasonable safeguards, purpose limitation, access controls, retention limits, and deletion workflows where applicable.
Artifacts and confidentiality
Project artifacts may include confidential business information, source code, screenshots, database structure, product ideas, prompts, workflows, and founder claims. We treat those materials as customer confidential information and use them only for the service you requested.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion of project data, artifacts, reports, or account-related records by contacting privacy@waittech.io. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, abuse prevention, audit, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Subprocessors and providers
WAIT may use infrastructure, storage, payment, email, scanner, and AI providers to deliver the service. We instruct providers to process customer data only for the configured service and not for provider model training where commercial/API controls allow that instruction.
